We are delighted with our stay. The place is unique. We felt like at home. The area around the house is very well-kept, large and has a beautiful view of the valley. The swimming pool was huge, perfect for children who like to play in the water. The house is well-kept and has everything necessary. The hosts are very nice people who take great care of the house, garden and your satisfaction. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Ideal location. Kitchen not the most practical set up, lack of work space. Cleaning not the best. Bedding could be updated. Plenty of interesting things to do in the region. Accessible to Rome and a day trip to the coast is easy

It was our first visit in Umbria and i'm glad we chose to stay in Spello. Such a beautiful little town. Walter's appartment is well equiped, centrally located but quiet at the same time. Walter was also very helpful giving us local tips. We would gladly return anytime in order to continue exploring this breathtaking region.

A fantastic house with everything you would wish for. Great rustic and stylish decorated and everything you would need is available. Be careful with the gardener though. He comes in every morning which does not help privacy. The gardener will try to trick everybody to believe you are polluting the swimming pool in which case you are threatened with 500Euro cost and closure of the pool. The owners are actually very nice people.

Excellent place for short and longer stays. Super friendly hosts, very nice apartments and perfect swimming pool. Good location to discover some of Umbria's monuments. Close to the small village, but still separated by olive gardens. Well organised and clean with amazing views.

We were a group of 8 people and stayed for almost 2 weeks. The house is spacious and clean, it provided enough space for all of us. Pool & fireplace were highlights and its location close to Assisi an asset. Thanks to the landlords who were very supportive and provided a lot insights!

Fantastic house, beautiful garden, surroundings and a huge pool. Feels like a mini castle. Looks even better in reality than in the pictures. We where a company of nine (adults and teenagers) and the house was a perfect fit. Just be aware, it is not a brand new house and comes with some old style charm.
