Apartment was lovely, although aircon would be in idea to consider for the future. Arrival was to say the least very stressful. Hoopvip app, firstly took 2 hours to register 4 guests- woudnt accept at various times. Supposed to be able to access property at 3pm. Not able to get information prior to this- unacceptable as didint know what to expect.. Arrived at 3pm, app didnt open until 3.20. Front door opened, apartment door did not work. Tried 2 whatsapp numbers for host- no answer on either. Rang the door bell, opened by the cleaners. They should have gone but were late thank God. They let us in. If they hadnt been there we would still be waiting to get in. NO ONE CARED!
