Very nice villa with heated pool, lots of space, two terraces and below 10 minutes walking distance to a decent beach with restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay. Small problems upon arrival were fixed immediately. Only downside (although it is in the description, you only really see it when you are there): Two bedrooms are located in the basement with no indoor stairs. The basement is not as cozy as we would have wished (a bit dark, a bit humid. Some kitchen utilities do need a refresher.

Very quiet Oasis with beautiful little park around and a wonderful pool. Host communication was excellent, prompt and helpful. We went there as family and woul love to go there again. What really would ba a big plus, would be the opportuity to have breakfast at the location (though it was no problem to make it ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen).

An absolutely incredible experience, from the new refurbed villa which was outshone by the outdoor kitchen and pool, this was only topped by the generosity and friendliness of our host who nothing was too much trouble for. Located 600m from the nearest beach a 20 min walk to Pozzallo and 30 min drive to Noto and Modica everything was perfect.

The accommodation was nice, is in the same private house where the host lives. It has its own entrance and is well equipped with own kitchen, bed and bathroom. Very friendly and welcoming host made my stay more comfortable bringing me some food and his own made wine, that was really good. You have to pay attention on not leaving your food on the table for a long time as the hungry ants around it may be an unexpected surprise for you. You can reach good beaches in 10 mins by car and supermarkets are even closer (5 mins by car). The first communication with the host required using google translate if you don’t speak Italian.

Wonderful house with a spacious, covered terrace equipped conveniently with two tables, beautiful garden and own parking lot. The interior is lovely and rooms including kitchen very nice and well working. Peaceful and perfect location outside the city, works well by own car, - beach is just across street and several restaurants very close. Stable wifi available, and TV has tons of channel if you want to sit inside. Efficient air conditioning available in the house as well. And last but not least - very friendly and responsive hosts

I spent a month with my family (3 adults and 2 children) in this place. This is a very wonderful and cozy place to relax. Initially, it may seem quite far from the sea and the supermarket. Still, then you get used to it very quickly and the distance seems completely unimportant. Very nice and clean beach (blue flag) with lots of additional paid services (shower, deck chairs, umbrellas, catamaran, SAP). I highly recommend renting a boat in the port! The house has everything you need to relax. It is very convenient to have 2 bathrooms and a summer shower outside. It is especially acceptable that you have your own very green yard with places for relaxation and barbecue since you spend 80% of your time outside. I highly recommend it! Very nice hosts!
