Great location, responsive host even in late hours. The apartment fits the description and was perfect for a small family of 3. ~10 mins walk to Eiffel Tower!

This is a lovely, quiet, tasteful and spacious house with a huge garden and endless forest next door - great for the birdwatchers amongst our group. The pool was well used (although a little chilly), as were the pool table/tennis court. Supermarkets are close by (Intermarché in Egly is the best) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 4-4: 30 hours drive from Calais, and about an hour from Versailles. Also the train station is 10min away and less than an hour to the centre of Paris. A couple of minor points - although the listing says towels provided, we were told (on arrival!) that this does not include pool towels, and although the kitchen was pretty well equipped, there was only one tea towel and no oven gloves or cafetiere. Easily rectified though, and I do recommend this house for your holiday.

Fantastic little rental, incredibly close to Gare du nord. Felt very secure and quiet in its little courtyard despite the hustle and bustle of the area outside. The apartment was on the first floor with a tiny 2 person lift which was useful for heavy bags. The apartment was clean and modern. It had good amenities, including washing machine and drying rack. Hosts had good communication via email and what’s app. Wifi was good. Two minimal areas that need attention. 1. A supply of tea towels. We only had one for the duration of four nights. 2. The fifth bed (pull out in the main bedroom) needs to be replaced, or not advertised as a bed as it was deformed and this made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our Paris visit in this apartment and would recommend this apartment to others who need a quiet but central location.

I will give this verbal a five star rating for the following reasons. Very, very clean, good Wi-Fi, great support from property manager, very well stocked, clean, comfortable beds, two full bathrooms with showers lots of hot water, washer and dryer worked perfectly plus there was a half bath downstairs, easy to get to restaurants both indoor and outdoor malls, within walking distance. metro line within.2 miles,. We were 66 and 78 year old Sisterinlaw‘s who travel frequently we found this place very pleasant easy to find and within 25 to 30 minutes from Paris Center using uber Highly recommend if you are traveling with two or more people very comfortable

Our hosts Michel and Isabelle were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They were responsive and genuinely cared about our experience. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, spread across two floors with comfortable beds and linens. The neighborhood is lovely - quiet and residential with tree-lined streets and a beautiful park along the Seine. There’s a good bakery and grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. While it’s outside central Paris (plan for some travel time to reach the main tourist areas), the location offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful area. The bus to the M1 metro line is nearby, making transportation manageable. Overall, this rental was excellent value for a comfortable stay in a high end part of Paris. The hosts are very attentive, and the setting gives you an authentic taste of residential Parisian life away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay. The beds were great, Great WiFi and liked that all the TVs were smart TVs. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. Lots of garbage on the ground. Walk a couple blocks and it gets better. So do the restaurants. Overall the unit was comfortable and clean.

We stayed at this nice appartement last week. It was nice cosy and clean. The location is spectaculair around the corner of place Vendome.
