The Villa I thought was lovely. Well equipped, very clean and functional. Family of 6 adults had a fantastic holiday here. I rate this Villa excellent bar location. The location isn’t bad by any means, it’s in a lovely, clearly expensive, area. Very quote streets. That’s the only thing, you are a fair way from shops ect if you wanted to walk places. However, bus stop is really close by and taxis are €5 into Santa ponsa or Adriana port. We hired a car to get further a field, but that’s the case if you were anywhere. We got the bus to palma also. So if you want quite and clean but still being able to reach places then this villa works well.

Great family villa. Lots of space and grounds. Pool design (with slanting slides) a bit prohibitive; and double bed a bit uncomfortable. Lovely owner who was very welcoming and helpful. No cleaning service included in a 2 week stay.

Nice apartment with everything a family needs in a good location. There was a 20 euro daily charge for electricity and a demand for a 400 euro deposit on arrival to be paid in cash.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rafael is a very responsive and friendly host, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and there was so much space for our family to enjoy - table tennis, football goals and balls for the children. Even a Bali bed for the teenagers! It is a very secure building with electric gates which felt very safe. The villa is a little out of the way, but very walkable into Alcudia. A car is recommended for carrying shopping though, and the walk back in the dark is a little spooky if on your own, so I’d suggest a taxi! Wi-Fi is good and there’s a tv and board games for entertainment. Two balconies for dining/relaxing and a great bbq. I’d definitely recommend this villa - it’s great value for money. We’ll be back!

Great location of property, very spacious and well equipped with amenities. Table tennis table in the front garden was excellent and plenty of room to park our car on the drive. Some minor issues with 1 air conditioning unit and the Wifi (router lost power) stopped working mid stay.
